TEXAS BOYZ ENTERTAINMENT LLC WILL CONTINUE TO PUT OUR GUESTS FIRST! With that being said and careful consideration, we have decided to push Black & Bling Weekend back to AUGUST 19TH-22ND. Another tough decision but we are praying that the pandemic will be under better control towards the end of the summer.So what does this mean for you, our guests? Let’s take a closer look.
Tickets, Tables and Vendors: We are going to keep it simple.Anyone that has purchased a ticket(s) , table(s) or a vendor booth(s) for this event, will automatically be rolled over to the new August date. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CONTACT US. If for any reason the new dates are not amicable, please contact Tommy at 817-231-3909 or myself at 817-846-3546.
Hotels: If you have reservations at the Embassy DFW South (972) 790-0093, they have rolled your existing reservations from April over to the new dates. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CONTACT THEM UNLESS YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ROOM OR YOU BOOKED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM BLOCK! If you booked across the street at The Hilton Garden Inn DFW South (972) 313-2800, you will need to contact them to CANCEL YOUR EXISTING RESERVATIONS and RE-BOOK for the new dates.If you fail to do this, you will be subject to no-show charges for the cancelled April date on the credit card that you booked the room(s) with.All re-bookings will be handled on a 1ST COME, 1ST SERVED BASIS.For tickets our website is www.texasboyzent.com.
